Tracy Wilkinson has been a business coach and life coach since 1996

Tracy Wilkinson has been a business coach and life coach since 1996, when she opened her first marketing consultancy. She has supported businesses in all phases: research and development; start up; stall and freefall; market expansion; and, shut down. The businesses she has worked with are diverse in shape and form, from developing homemakers and hobby artists into small businesses; through to being instrumental in developing a technique to have a leading petroleum company uncover why their staff were leaving on mass, taking all their years of experience with them. Tracy also integrated a complementary and alternative health clinic into a mainstream teaching hospital, which has since expanded into hospitals across Australia; and, has built five schools for remote Aboriginal communities.

Tracy’s qualifications include:

Master of Applied Anthropology and Participatory Development

Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Management)

   Diploma in Project Management

   Cert IV Small Business Management

   Cert IV Indigenous Leadership

Tracy has also undertaken professional development through:

   Team, Management and Leadership Program

   Commonwealth Budget and Financial Essentials

   Economics for Social Policy Analysis

   Policy Officers’ Intensive

   Quality Improvements Council Reviewer Training

Tracy’s skill set lies in getting into people’s hearts. She uncovers things about them that they don’t know hold them back. She often works with whole families or whole organisations to get to the source of what is really going on for them.

Tracy has a strong background in health and social sciences. She has worked in the private sector, in the public sector and in the not-for-profit sector. Tracy has managed projects from building a $0.5 million water tank in a remote Aboriginal community in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia to the development of a $3.4 billion Australian Government policy for the Aboriginal people living in the Northern Territory, coordinating 17 government agencies across two jurisdictions. Tracy has also built schools and medical services all around Australia.

Tracy has spent a considerable amount of her career working across cultures.  She has designed strategies for international trade relations across Australasia as a function of her Marketing qualifications.  She has built commercial enterprises for people living in remote Indigenous communities as a function of her Indigenous Leadership qualification.  And, she has developed Australian Government policies for the restoration of Indigenous values across northern Australia as a function of her Master’s Degree in Anthropology.  Tracy is an expert in cross-cultural relations.

Tracy is dedicated to the world of developing others. She has always said that people who spend time with her learn to reach their dreams.
